Digital Marketing Executive

Job responsibilities

• Plan, run and optimize Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns for Creation Plus and client projects
• Improve search visibility through on-page SEO, local SEO and Google Business Profile management
• Prepare a monthly content calendar and publish posts, blog articles and campaign creatives with the design team
• Track performance with Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console and Meta Business Suite, and prepare clear reports
• Generate and qualify leads for our software services and hand them over to the sales team
• Manage ad budgets and continuously improve cost per lead and return on ad spend
• Research competitors, keywords and audience trends in the Bangladesh market

Educational requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, BBA or any relevant discipline

Requirements & skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, BBA or a relevant discipline
• 1 to 2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
• Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console
• Good written communication in both Bangla and English
• Basic design skills with Canva or similar tools
• Analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers and reports

Nice to have

• Experience marketing software, IT or B2B services
• Short-form video editing for Reels and YouTube Shorts
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
